Balancing and Vibration Test
| Vibration analyses are the pre-condition to ensure a low vibration level and safe operation of the fans.All prototypes or finished products are being measured in terms of their vibration characteristics. These tests allow us to identify the critical rotating speeds immediately. All fan impellers are balanced in accordance with ISO 14694, "Industrial fans — Specifications for balance quality and vibration levels standards" and ANSI/AMCA Standard 204-05, "Balance Quality and Vibration Levels for Fans". Vibration analyses in combination with the respective international standards are used in order to specify the maximum permissible unbalances so that the fan will operate with the lowest possible vibration level at any instant. |  |
